The penalties of a first DUI conviction for those age 21 and over with a BAC of .08 to .15 are as follows (including but not limited to): loss of driving privileges for a minimum of one year, possible 0 - 12 months imprisonment, 100 hours of community service, fines up to $2,500.  Second conviction (including but not limited to): loss of driving privileges for a minimum of 5 years, possible 0 - 12 months imprisonment - mandatory 5 days (or 30 days community service) if within a 5-year period, 30 days community service (or 5 days in jail) if within a 5-year period, fines up to $2,500.  For a third conviction (including but not limited to): loss of driving privileges for a minimum of ten years, class 4 felony with possible 1 - 3 years imprisonment, 30 days community service (if given probation), up to $25,000 in fines.
