Answer

The penalties for DUI convictions of those under the age of 21 depend on how many times they've been convicted.  For the first conviction there is (including but not limited to) a minimum of two years loss of driving privileges, possible 0 - 12 months imprisonment, 100 hours of community service, fines up to $2,500.  For a second conviction there is (including but not limited to) a minimum of fives years loss of driving privileges, possible 0 - 12 months imprisonment - mandatory five days (or 30 days community service) if in a 5-year period, 30 days community service (or 5 days in jail) if within a 5-year period, fines up to $2,500.  A third conviction includes (but not limited to) a minimum of ten years loss of driving privileges, class 4 felony with possible imprisonment of 1 - 3 years, possible 30 days of community service (if given probation), up to $25,000 in fines.
